The leak that most marketers miss.

When I analysed 80+ apparel brands' Meta ads, I realised 90% never made profit — because their funnels ended at the ad, not the cart. This studio exists to fix that leak.

Teamdots is the next chapter of a studio that's been quietly helping D2C founders win for nearly eight years.

We started as MentorDots in 2018 — a wedding-film unit out of Bengaluru. The discipline that defined our early years (long-form storytelling, obsessive craft, treating every shoot like it mattered) is what brought brands to our door in 2019. By 2022, we were running full marketing systems for them, not just shooting their films.

Today, the studio sits at the intersection of three disciplines — visual storytelling, social portfolio building, and growth strategy for the AI era. The bet is simple: in a world where algorithms read your brand before humans do, the brands with the clearest story and tightest funnel win.

we don't compromise on.

Profit, not vanity.

Every campaign is measured against margin, not impressions. We'd rather ship one ad that pays back than ten that look great in a presentation.

Craft over volume.

We hold the studio at eight retainers, max. Founders get principals, not account managers. Films get colour-graded by humans. Reports get written, not generated.

Founder close.

Weekly numbers call with the founder. Plain English, real decisions. We work like we own equity in the business — because the best work happens when you do.
